The production process is further supported by vacuum homogenisers, water-phase mixers and equipment ensuring full mass homogenisation. These are complemented by a dispersing mixer dedicated to nail polishes, a reverse osmosis (RO) station, micronisers and a laser system for the customisation of moulded components, such as the application of patterns or markings.
We manage nearly 1,000 active stock keeping units (SKUs), with production capacity reaching up to 100 million units of prestige colour cosmetics annually. To date, we have manufactured and delivered more than 5,000 cosmetic display units to our partners’ retail networks.
Efficient order fulfilment is supported by a modern logistics infrastructure, including a high-bay warehouse with a capacity of over 4,430 pallet locations, enabling efficient inventory management, precise control of goods flow and flexible adaptation to varying production scales.
